Allan Piper established First City after a 25-year career in national and international journalism. He spent more than 10 years on Fleet Street, where he was a member of The Mail on Sunday team winning the British Press Award for Specialist Writing and the Harold Wincott Award for Financial Journal of the Year. Individually, he won the prestigious Jesse H Neale Award for Business Journalism in the US. At First City he heads a team that brings together experience and key contacts from the worlds of journalism, corporate PR and investor relations.
